Falkland Estate To Host ‘Taste the World’ Dining Experiences

Fife’s Falkland Estate has announced a series of pop-up dining experiences with local chef, Stella Colleluori to celebrate the success of its ‘Buy Local, Taste the World’ meal kits. The first BYOB* pop-up will take place on Friday, 8th April from 7pm in the estate’s charming Horsestalls.

Like the meal kits, the dining experience promises tantalising flavours from around the world using locally sourced ingredients.

Modern Standard, a speciality coffee roastery, has secured a trial selling their Momentum Espresso, Colombia Aromas del Sur, Ethiopia Konga Cooperative, Guatemala Finca San Antonio and Brazil Santa Lucia in Tesco stores across the UK for the first time.
 
The speciality coffee businesses are being stocked in 64 stores between now and June. Modern Standard was founded by Lynsey Harley in 2015 and is one of the few female-founded and run coffee businesses in the UK.
